We have some bittersweet news to share. Many of you remember Ms. Beverly, who adopted the adorable tortoise kittens Zita, Lita, and Bonita last fall. These three sisters came from a feral mama and found the perfect home with Ms. Beverly and their canine companion. Sadly, Ms. Beverly recently passed away, and Ms. Beverly’s extended family is unable to adopt them.
Zita, Lita, and Bonita are now back at Katmandu Paonia, and we’re searching for their next loving home. These bonded sisters are playful, affectionate, and get along great with other pets. They’re also up-to-date on all their vaccinations! We would prefer that they be adopted together, but we realize that may not be possible and will also consider adopting them out separately.
We’re reaching out to our amazing community to see if anyone can offer these precious girls a forever home. Sharing this post would be a huge help in finding the perfect fit.
We offer our sincerest condolences to Ms. Beverly’s family. Please help us to honor Ms. Bev by helping Zita, Lita, and Bonita find their next happily ever after!
